For your convenience, a temporary loading zone is available directly in front of the property, along W Michigan Street. Luggage carts are available and located in the lobby.


While there is not onsite parking available, there are multiple parking options within a block or two from the property. 


The Civic Center Ramp Parking Garage is located a block up from Force on Fifth Avenue at 410 W. 1st Street, Duluth, MN 55802. Parking at this ramp is available at an average rate of $10 per night, which can be billed directly to your room. This lot is owned by the City of Duluth and managed by Interstate Parking. 


Another parking option is the 4th Avenue Auto Park Ramp, located directly across W Michigan Street from Force on Fifth Avenue at 402 West Michigan Street, Duluth, Minnesota 55802. Parking at this ramp is available at an average rate of $19 per night, which cannot be billed directly to your room. This lot is owned and operated by Oneida. 


On-street parking is available as well along W Michigan Street and W Superior Street, and additional parking ramps/options are also available within blocks of Force on Fifth Avenue.
